CreateThread Function Fails

Hi All!  I'd appreciate any help on this!!   I found a page asking about 
this problem, but unfortunately, no replies as to how it was fixed.

I left Tomcat 4.1.27 running last night after my stress testing successfully 
completed.  I even checked everything before I left and there were no 404's 
or event log errors.  Today, I came in and I'm getting the following error 
in the event logs every time I startup tomcat.

This is on a w2k box, 1gb of memory allocated to the jvm, and 40GB+ 
remaining on the HD.

"The CreateThread function failed for the following reason: Not enough 
storage is available to process this command." Event Code 4097
