I patched up our webdav client and slide server with the source you
send. I still am not sure how to create an ace that will not propogate down
the repository tree. Here is the sample code I am using, can you confirm it
is the right way to create a ace that should not inherit downwards ...
bInherited = false;
ace = new Ace(sPrincipal, bDenyPrivilege, bProtected, bInherited, null);
What does the fourth argument mean? Does it mean that this ace is an
inherited one or does it mean that this ace should not inherit downwards.
I did not see any change in the interface after applying your patch ...
Please correct me if I am wrong ....

I have just committed the patch to the Slide CVS Head which will
become Slide 2.2. Applying it to the 2.1 branch was not appropriate as
it is a new feature and only bug fixes should go into it.
