URIEncoding="UTF-8"

Hi,

I am using Tomcat and have specified URIEncoding="UTF-8" on the
<Connector port="8080" ........ URIEncoding="UTF-8"> tag.
Any idea how to do this in WebSphere?  This seems to be necessary for
Slide to work properly with multiple character sets.
