Hi Ramanm, I tried with Webdav Explorer also when we do Access Control --> View/Modify ACL --> Add Principal getting following > error: > > DAV Interpreter: Error Encountered > While parsing PROPFIND Response > com.ms.xml.parser.parserException: Expected the end of root element instead of > end of file. > > After showing above message Dav Explorer opens ACL window also and shows all the Roles (as we defined in LDAP as group) in pricipal selection dropdown but not users. On ACL window we provided priviledges to files but ACL are not effective.
For users also getting same error. Thanks Kaushal Raman Sandhu <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: Hi Kaushal I did integration with Jetty and JAAS authentication module. For most of my research I used DAV Explorer. Download this tool from http://www.ics.uci.edu/%7Ewebdav/ and then try configuring ACL form that. By watching logs I was able to configure so please try doing the same. I hope this will help you. Yes that I did, authentication part is working fine but when I click on users link I m getting 404 error. I defined 4 users (eg Kaushal, test etc) in LDAP and I can log-in on webdav page using userids and password, On the main page of webdav it is showing following links roles, roles, users, files etc. Other links are working fine except users one and because of this getting same error when I am adding ACL on any file. If you need more information please let me know. I can login to slide or webdav Explorer using LDAP authentication. Thru slide URL I can access all the collections (directory, files, roles, action etc) BUT when ever I am clicking on "users" link (http://localhost.com/slide/users), I am getting 404 error - Not found. I have uploaded file and when I check owner it shows correct user name (what we defined in LDAP). I m attaching domain.xml and log file for reference. Please suggest the solution. If you need more information please let me know. Thanks in advance.
