Thank you for your help.
I solve the error. It was due to the final path got with the relative pathes in
slide and the eclipse 's path. There were spaces in the final path and windows
don't like it so error to start slide in eclipse or server tomcat bundle
elsewhere.
So AVOID path containing spaces.

In my opinion there is something wrong with your userDatabase. That's the
default realm in the file server.xml from Tomcat.
This default realm uses the file tomcat-users.xml. Maybe you have changed
the realm unsuccessfully, it seems to be an error
of parsing: Missing value in properties list.
