Hallo nochmal, jetzt sind wir unabhängig von der Einstellung bei einem komplett dunklen Display angekommen und der Support antwortet leider derzeit wegen technischer Probleme nicht auf Mails. Manchmal hat man kein Glück und dann kommt auch noch Pech dazu... :D
