gerade bin ich dabei, mir ein Seagate Goflex Net als Server aufzusetzen. Die kleine Kiste soll recht sparsam mit Strom umgehen. Mit WoL habe ich mich allerdings noch nicht beschäftigt. Aber die Installation war nicht sonderlich schwierig. Damit stellt es zumindest für Stromsparer eine interessante Alternative dar.
