Which version is this now, the 2.0.9? Because the iPhone 5 issue should already have been fixed in 2.0.8 just before Christmas.
There hasn't been any change at all to the playback code since 1.6.something so are you sure the same files did work before? Are the same files working on iPad and not on iPhone? Are you playing in sync with another player? Oh, and do you use a Bluetooth headset/headphone?
