Aber ich habe mal nachgesehen, iPeng verwendet auf dem iPad auch höchstens 768x768px, d.h. da wird auch immer skaliert, auch bei Retina-Displays. Größere Cover haben Leute selten und so ist die Auflösung zumindest immer sauber skalierbar.
