Nach viel Suchen habe ich mein Problem erkannt: Ich verwende DVI am TFT (mein Dell U2412M hat leider nur DVI, VGA, DP). Der Ton wird mit Hilfe einer HDMI Matrix abgezweigt und per Toslink an den AVR (Onkyo TX-SR505E) geleitet.
Bisher nutzte ich die boot-1080p-noedid.scr, mit dieser kommt aber kein Ton. Mit der boot-auto_edid.scr und boot-1080p-edid.scr kommt Ton, jedoch ist als Auflösung maximal 1280x1024, anstatt 1920x1200 wählbar.
