Unzip the file and put the entire "ResetVolume" folder in your SQUEEZEBOX\SERVER\PLUGINS folder (or equivalent). Reboot your server and when it restarts you should see the new plugin in LMS Settings under "Active plugins" on the "Plugins" tab. It is set by player on the "Player" tab.
