Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This has been fixed with the rewrite of the MicrojaxPostServlet.
I just added the PostServletCreateTest.testCreateNodeAtDeepUrl() method to
demonstrate this, here's the HTTP traffic dump (the
specified-location1196351533842 doesn't exist before the test):
