While I like the design of Adaptable, the manager etc., I'm not sure if
an osgi-commons is the place to have the impl. especially in combination
with the util class.
In order to use this functionality you'll create a dependency to the
osgi-commons module as you want to use some of the stuff there.
I have no idea about a better place though :)
