- adds new interface: UjaxStatusProvider
- modifies HtmlStatusResponse, post processor and servlet to make use of this
interface
I didn't move the classes and just change the pom that the entire ujax package
gets exported. maybe some classes should be moved into a 'impl' sub package.
but at least to following classes should be exported:
- ChangeLog
- Change
- UjaxHtmlResponse
- UjaxStatusProvider
