Resolution: Fixed
Implemented in revision 633531 in the new extensions/apt/parser and
extensions/apt/servlet modules.

The URL mapping is suboptimal, to render the /index.apt file it must be
requested as /index.apt/aptml - we need improved mapping of requests to
servlets to improve this, that's a separate issue.
No useful macros are implemented at the moment, we'll implement them when
needed, for example to inject code examples in the launchpad docs from svn.
