Thank you very much.

I think as long as $DOJO_ROO/dojo $DOJO_ROO/dijit and $DOJO_ROO/dojox have a 
common root folder, the position is irrelevant. You would simply point the 
script to the right dojo root. The three folders for extending dojo are a good 
solution.
