Not by an end user probably, but maybe by an admin or programmer. And
the immutability of this content is not enforced anyway, so people
will find creative uses for that ;-)

Yes, but I would assume that an admin or programmer knows what she does and how things work. If she doesn't, well, there are so many other traps. For instance, the same person could just delete all scripts in the repository and than wonder why nothing is working anymore. We definitly prevent someone from doing that :)
