Does the upper/lowercase mix work for our Windows users (assuming we have any)?

I have this vague feeling of Windows being braindead when it comes to
mixing case in filenames, but I haven't used it for ages.

If Windows people could verify that they're able to create a file with
such a name reliably via WebDAV, that'd help.

Worst case we could drop the uppercase requirement for method names,
but I kinda like it as it expresses the difference between selecting a
script by request extension and selecting by http method name.
