testInfiniteLoopDetection fails in full build with Maven 2.0.9

The IncludeTest.testInfiniteLoopDetection fails (AssertionFailedError: Response
contains infinite loop error message) when doing "mvn clean install" from the
top of the Sling code tree.
The same test works with mvn 2.0.7, or when doing "mvn clean install" directly
in the launchpad/webapp directory with either mvn version.
