The settings for the commit lists have recently been modified for
example to only allow mail from @apache.org addresses. It seems likely
that some of these modifications have blocked the continuum messages.

I thought that was because Jukka disabled Continuum. I doubt that it
is due to my changes, but send me an example mail (with headers) if the
service is still running.
Personally, I consider the lack of such notices to be a feature.
