Clarify tm-extractors license
-----------------------------

                 Key: SLING-494
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-494
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: JCR
            Reporter: Bertrand Delacretaz

The jackrabbit-server module has a dependency on
org.textmining:tm-extractors:jar:0.4, and while working on the NOTICE files I
realized that version 1.0 of that software has an LGPL license, which we're not
allowed to redistribute.

The release notes at
http://code.google.com/p/text-mining/source/browse/trunk/ReleaseNotes.txt?r=2
indicate that the change to LGPL occured in version 1.0, so it is very probable
that the 0.4 version that we're using is under the BSD-like textmining license
found at http://www.searchblox.com/TEXT_MINING_license.html, reproduced below.

I'll try to contact Ryan Ackley, who seems to be the main or only author, to
clarify that.
