The library is available under ALv2 (see
http://markmail.org/message/nmmyh2rcazhak2nf), and AFAIK the following
is the appropriate attribution notice:

    This software contains code written by Ryan Ackley.
    Please go to http://www.textmining.org for the latest version.

See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-91 where I traced the
origin before.
