Hi Edgar, I think you are missing the jackrabbit-jcr-commons bundle. This should provide "org.apache.jackrabbit.commons.repository", which is required by jcr/base. The jcr/jackrabbit-server bundle also includes this package, but it is private to the bundle.
You can simply install the jackrabbit-jcr-commons library 1.4.2, which is an OSGi bundle out of the box. Hope this helps.
