Everything worked fine except that some links suppose Sling is deployed
with no context (those links do not include the request.contextPath)
For example in /index.html see
- the first link to console
- the link to root URL

many thanks for reporting this - it seems that we only deploy the webapp
in the root context :( I've fixed the page above. If you find any other
locations where we need to fix this, please report it.
