Fix For: Engine 2.0.4
The package private class MultipartRequestParameter is contained in the source
file MutlipartPostParameter.java. While this seems to not techincally be a
problem (no compiler complained to date), it is not nice to our clients and
ourselves.
Hence the file should be renamed to reflect the name of the class contained
therein.
