To be honest, I cannot remember why this is not listed ... May just be a
copy/paste issue when creating the repository.xml...

The repository.xml file from the bundle is copied to
${sling.home}/jackrabbit. You may modify the file there -- make sure the
repository server bundle is restarted for jackrabbit to pickup the
changes. The file is only written if not existing any existing file is
not modified.
