During a discussion I had with Felix Meschberger today, the following idea was
born.
The aim of this proposal is to bridge the gap between bundles installed via OBR
and bundles installed via JCR Install, thus making the benefits (e.g. backup,
clustering) of JCR-installed bundles available to OBR.
Instead of installing the bundle directly into the OSGi framework, OBR could
copy them into an install folder of the JCR. The bundle would then be installed
into the OSGi framework via JCR Install.
