The DependencyManagement section in the parent pom should be reduced and all 
projects should define their dependency versions explicitly.

The following dependencies are excempt from this rule

    org.apache.felix:org.osgi.core:1.2.0
    org.apache.felix:org.osgi.compendium:1.2.0
