I also get a strange order when building under windows :
$ mvn -v
Maven version: 2.0.8
Java version: 1.5.0_09
OS name: "windows xp" version: "5.1" arch: "x86" Family: "windows"
I think, we should change the app project setup back to normal dependencies
again and distribute these amongst the build levels....
