With the update of the parent pom version, the versions of the standalone
application (launchpad/app) and web application (launchpad/webapp) have
accidentally been increased to 5-incubator-SNAPSHOT. This should be reverted to
be 4-incubator-SNAPSHOT, since the application version is not linked to the
parent pom version.
