Currently the Sling.setExecutionEnvironment method verifies
org.osgi.framework.executionenvironment property set in the configuration or
system properties ensuring execution environment names for older runtimes are
included. If neither the system property nor a configuration property is set,
the method does nothing right now.
For consistent operation, the setExecutionEnvironment should always ensure the
org.osgi.framework.executionenvironment property setting.
In addition more well-known execution environment names should be set, e.g.
JRE1.1 or OSGi/Minimum-1.0 etc.
