The SlingServerRepository "Configuration File" property in is not resolved
properly when "sling.repository.config.file.url" is point to local
repository.xml file.
For instance:
sling.repository.config.file.url=C:\\jcr\\repository.xml
is resolved to "\jcr\repository.xml".
