The Felix framework 1.6.0 release has hit the streets (aka maven repo). Thus I upgraded the reference to the Felix framework. I have also upgraded the bundle repository bundle reference to the latest release 1.4.0 and downgraded the SCR bundle reference to the latest release 1.0.6. Thus we don't have any snapshot dependencies anymore except our own. This has been one of our main hold-backs for a release. If you see anything else really blocking, please tell us so. Otherwise I would say, that we take the next step and start cutting the release. To this avail, I hereby nominate Carsten Ziegeler as our release manager for this second Sling release. WDYT ?
