The launchpad base has a dependency to the commons log bundle, to the private
LogManager class.
The dependency is required for two constants which can be put on the command
line to set the logging.
In other case (sling.home for example), we have avoided such depencies and
copied the constants.
The launchpad base should not depend directly on a bundle.
