Created a new site folder in our SVN at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/sling/site and moved the existing
index.html file and created the new obr folders there.
The mirror location on people.apache.org - /x1/www/incubator.apache.org/sling -
is now a checkout of the site folder from the SVN where the site subfolder is
ignored to prevent collisions with the mirrored Confluence Export.
