Hudson is deploying snapshots to the nexus repository at repository.a.o. So our
parent pom should refer to those snapshots and not try to get them from the old
snapshot repository at people.a.o, which doesn't have them anyway.
This should also fix the build problem we currently have, where the
launchpad/bundles module cannot find the latest pre-release SNAPSHOT version of
the commons/mime bundle.
