Proposed changes to the parent pom to leverage the repository.a.o deployment.
The modified POM depends on the Apache parent pom 6, which predefines many of
the settings we also have. Mainly most of the release profile, which is now
called apache-release, has been defined. Also the pluginManagement section
contains most of our entries, which I have removed in the proposal.
