Bertrand Delacretaz closed SLING-1000.

Resolution: Fixed
Committed in revision 783056, the web console includes a new plugin at
/system/console/requests, see screenshot.
The information that's displayed comes from the RequestProgressTracker, if we
need more details we just have to add them there.
