I have applied those patch to REL_2_0_STABLE you can git them from the 
slony git repository. We will try to do a 2.0.8 release in the next few 
weeks.  That will likely be the last release of the 2.0.x series.
Available in the REL_2_0_STABLE branch at 
git://git.postgresql.org/git/slony1-engine.git
