[Slony1-general] Slony 2.2.9 released

The Slony team is pleased to announce Slony 2.2.9 the next minor release
of the Slony 2.2.x series


Slony 2.2.9 includes the following changes


 - Compile with -fno-common by default. Fix
   compile errors caused by defining variables in headers
 - Adjust slonik_build_env.pl so it works with PG11+
 - Remove unsupported warning on PG13
