I have a reply (finally!) about our linux.comp.nus.edu.sg mirror.

We should not open our mirror to the .sg domain. But, we I think that
there should not be a problem to open it to one or two local mirror
sites to copy from us, if our mirror is the best. The main thing is that
we want to serve SoC users for linux, rather than outside. But, we
need to recognize that it is a cooperative effort - we need to help
others a bit if we want to get their help.

I don't think that we can rely on our mirror as always being the best in
future. My feeling is that we should likely be mirroring from a
Singapore linux mirror. But, if that doesn't work, then ???
