I NEED INFO on what will we be doing next?
Do we start publishing/linking their website to ours first or we wait
for them to start it? Will there need to be an MOU signing?

Linux websites and see whether we can work together,
and see whether we can set any cross advertising deals.
You may start with Malaysian and Indonesian ones.
