Harish, could you post the LUGS constitution to the SLP list for us?
We need to take a close look and decide whether the mission of SLP differs
significantly from that of LUGS, and whether the distributed on-line
nature of SLP conflicts with any constitutional procedures in the LUGS
constitution, if/how these can be resolved, or whether they should be
resolved at all, etc...
If too different,
SLP should register as a separate society.
else,
the SLP domains should be registered under LUGS.
