Please do not take it so personally. This is
only work, it is nothing personal. If it is
not a friend friend thingy, then tell me it is
not becoz I have the impression that it is.

I do not know specifically whether all you have
is a friend friend thing, but I only know this
kind of friend friend thing is not binding, anything
can happen when he or she resigns from an
organization.

Our deal with hardwarezone is with hardwarezone, it
is not with our friends, yes, it is liased through
our friends, but it does not make it a friend friend
thingy. Hardwarezone server will be there for at
least 4 years and I think it is as binding as it
can get.

I am not stealing contents from another good site,
but I think wiredrepublic may have some misgivings
moving to Singapore Linux Portal because I am doing
the same area as he is, and he may be worried that
he is stepping on my toes. I am just trying to
reassure him that if he is thinking this way, it is
totally needless. If he is better than me in news
reporting, which I think he is, then natural selection
selects him and deselects me, that is how a free market
works, and that is what I believe for a synergy to
happen. I will not be deselected in the truest sense
of the word, because I will move on to other parts of
the portal which I think I am good at, creating a
slashdot like community (aim for IPO in 4 years!!!).

Btw, you are also a member of SLP, what stealing is
there? You will get the credit for what it is due.

I do know that you are a helpful chap and we benefit
often from your help. But in real life, things like
single point of administration, single point of backing
up, single uniformed image, single uniformed agenda
actually matter, and it is not good to have all our stuff
separated into several servers. Technical availability
is not more important than our uniformed image. This is
a fact in life and we must not pretend that they are not
important.

I will leave Beh to reconsider my offer, if you still want
to stay at Elvin's server, do so, and we will be duplicating
each other's effort updating news everyday. :) If you want
to move over, I will surrender all control of news totally to
you, then I will move on to create a slashdot like community.

Free market, it always moves itself to adapt to the
environment.

And Elvin, please, it is only work, please do not take
things so seriously.
