Someone will evolved soon but having a leader will mean that he will
be look upon as the boss-like of SLP and etc etc. That will make it
unproductive for the team as FOR SURE there will be jealousy, hatred
and god-knows-what-else.

I believed we all have controlled-freedom at SLP which is good as i do
not want Raymond to start uploading PORNO into 1 of the "/home"
folders and Moonshi to start hosting his own webpages or Eugene
concerntrating on his own development not related to SLP. That is not
our priority now.
Our priority now is to get the portal up ASAP and we will all be seen
harvesting the fruits of SLP. I promised that.

I know Rhandeev and Raymond have done alot and I have to thank them
for making all this a reality. It is time that we share the workload
guys.

Raymond, thank you for your vision in me. I may and may not be able to
handle SLP movements if our team can't work as a team. We have to
re-assign our designations and streamlined what we do. We have to get
each and everyone of us to focus on our designated roles. Every each
and individual of us will have a role to play and we will have regular
meetings to update each other on what is happening. I have always
believe in teamwork as that is how all organisations succeed in their
own pursue and dreams. I am unsure if i can handle what you have been
handling Raymond but I would love to share your workload and ease your
heavy tasks. Pls guide me. I believe in our team's determination and
know-how we will go very far but we have to set our goals, deadlines
and etc etc...

You will have the chance to do that VERY soon Raymond :)
Prioritised your goals.

This weekend join me to do some marketing. We go to Chinatown market?
Ai mai? *just joking*
Since you enjoy development work, you will do just that but right now
sent all that to > /dev/null and work on our goals. As I said we have
to prioritise what we do. If we start doing everything, nothing gets
completed.
Hopefully we will all see a stronger team after this Friday's meeting.
However Elvin can't make it due to school's commitment and pls do not
flame him or else I swear I'll grill you.
Pls do not see me as an alien. I am just like the rest of you guys. A
hobbyist and a lover of Linux but due to my uncompetency as a
developer, I can't code like all you talented guys and I respect the
abilities you guys have.
Now let's get productive and do all the work we need to accomplish.
Violent objections? Flames?
I welcome them all.
