Hi Hugh,
I represent Singapore Linux Portal (http://linux.com.sg) now
and I can offer you a server to host FreeSWAN's resources.
We have about 40 G of diskspace and I think it should be enough
for FreeSWAN. I should be able to provide the webhosting free
of charge (I need to talk with my partners first, but I do not see
much of a problem there). There should not be any problem shifting
the mailing list to Singapore Linux Portal as well.
If you intend to buy a domain name specifically for FreeSWAN, we
support virtual domains too.
