[SLP] HOw abt a FAQ and Code of Conduct for SLP?

Hi,

Should we have a FAQ for developers? I think quite alot more pple will
start coming aboard as developers and some documentation would be helpful.
For example, Version Control Systems(CVS..I think I saw some one mention
it),  location of gcc, version/location of perl modules, dos and don'ts
etc etc etc. It would be helpful.....

Also, a kind of Code of Conduct for developers and would be developers
would be good to have. The recent thing with Amensia and HWZ illustrates
this perfectly. There should be some guidelines on using
[EMAIL PROTECTED], engaging on offficial business on behalf of SLP
and DISCIPLINARY measure agst errant developers(eg start misusing the
server to store their warez...like that).


What do u guys think? yes/no/why is this moron sooooo irritatingly
