If you can ping to the router and no further there is a good chance that
Ozemail's router hasn't been configured properly for your range.  To check
this monitor modem while you ping an outside domain - if the data is going
out but the receive data light stays unlit it's probably Ozemail - get onto
them and share the hurt!  This happened to me with Telstra a few weeks ago
and agonized over it for a day before I realised the problem couldn't be
mine for the above reason.
