I presume you mean pi constant not function.
Short answer:
M_PI for double and M_PIl (that's lowercase L on the end) for long double.
Long answer:
grep PI /usr/include/math.h
Then read the relevant comments in math.h

Standard libraries would be in /usr/lib but the header files for standard
libraries would be in /usr/include. I presume you'd want the header files as
the libraries themselves are machine readable only. ;-)
