Hi guys,
I've just done a fresh install of Mandrake 7.0 on a new machine that I
have. 6 gig drive so I chose the install everything just to see what's on it.
I use gnome with enlightenment and have found that after a day or so the
mouse freezes.. you can still navigate with the keys so I know
gnome/enlightenment itself hasn't crashed.. I telnet in from another puter
and look at the process list.. gpm is no longer running.... I am using a 2
button ms mouse and gpm is configured for this..
Is there any reason why it would keep crashing? does mandrake 7 have a
particularly buggy release of gpm?
in short, why do I keep loosing mouse control :)
